Upon receiving a valid counter‑notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content.

4. Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously and will terminate the accounts of users who are identified as repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove any content that we believe may infringe on the rights of others.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not responsible for the content posted by users or third parties on our Site. We do not assume any liability for copyright infringement by third parties. Our policy is to respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and to take appropriate action as required by law.
